Our Story

It started with a love for jewellery, and a little detour.

Jewellery has always felt a little more personal to me than just an accessory.

I actually studied Jewellery Design during my bachelor’s, where I fell in love with everything behind a piece, the design process, gemstones, proportions, craftsmanship, and the idea of creating something that could eventually become a part of someone’s story.

That was where the idea of Vansha Gems first began.

But life took me in a different direction for a while. I decided to pursue my MBA, and Vansha Gems went on hold while I focused on that chapter of my life.

But the idea never really left me.

Coming back to what I loved.

When I eventually came back to jewellery, I knew I wanted to build Vansha Gems differently.

For me, jewellery should sit somewhere between everyday fashion and fine jewellery. Gold has always carried that sense of permanence and value, but it can also make beautiful jewellery inaccessible for everyday purchases.

Then there was demi-fine jewellery, beautiful, affordable, and a great way to experiment with designs, but I felt it often missed the feeling I was looking for: a piece you could keep, cherish, and eventually pass down.

I wanted to find that middle ground.

That’s what led me to 925 sterling silver.

Silver allowed me to create thoughtfully designed, gemstone-led jewellery that is more accessible than gold, while still being made from a genuine precious metal. It has substance, longevity, and the potential to become more than something you simply wear for a season.

And then there was me.

There was another reason this mattered to me personally.

I’ve always had extremely sensitive skin, and finding jewellery I could comfortably wear has been a struggle for as long as I can remember. Fashion jewellery often wasn’t kind to my skin, and I found myself choosing between wearing pieces I loved and simply not wearing them at all.

That experience shaped the kind of brand I wanted to create.

Beautiful jewellery shouldn’t have to feel like a compromise.

So Vansha Gems became a way of bringing together everything I love, jewellery design, natural gemstones, precious metals, and pieces that feel personal, while creating jewellery I would actually want to wear myself.

Jewellery that becomes yours.

I don’t want Vansha Gems to be about jewellery that is simply trendy.

I want to create pieces that you can wear today, love years from now, and eventuallyassociate with a particular person, place, memory, or chapter of your life.

Because I think the most beautiful jewellery isn’t necessarily the most expensive piece you own.

It’s the piece that stays with you.

That is what I hope to build with Vansha Gems - thoughtfully designed silver jewellery with natural gemstones, made to be worn, loved, and kept.

And this time, I’m here to stay.
